ZUMBA – (D, C, B, HI) Not for the faint of heart, our motivator Leslie offers clear and concise Zumba choreography in an easy-to-follow format, for the highest intensity Zumba offered at ClubZEI. She combines a non-traditional playlist of pop, rap, R&B for a modern approach to Zumba.  Her fusion approach blends your traditional Latin & Zumba favs with her signature blend of cardio punches and easy-to-follow upper body power moves to get your heart rate up!   Her blended approach melds upper body arm intensive songs with lower body-centric Zumba dance fitness songs to get you an awesome full-body workout. Incredible cardio in an easy-to-follow, highly motivating, and very effective 1 hour workout. Feel the burn. One of our most effective classes that will make you sweat! 

HIGH Fitness

HIGH Fitness – (C, B, HI) Best described as choreographed interval training, HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with a pop music playlist, and intense, easy-to-follow fitness choreography. Our HIGH Fitness instructors Leslie & Tony deliver our highest intensity format for incredible results. If you love a thrilling workout to music that incorporates interval training, plyometrics, and cardio, this is your workout. Gets you moving and getting incredible results right from your first class. Our easiest format for choreography (only 4 dance moves per song) but our most intense to get you getting immediate results.   * This incredible format offers two instructors for two different intensities and both a high and a lower impact option.  Modified instruction option may be available.  Please see front desk for more details.  

ZEIfit Body Conditioning

ZEIfit (Body Conditioning) - (C, S, B, MI/HI) ZEIfit Body Conditioning with Muay Thai expert Ondre is a total body conditioning, strength, toning, and leaning workout. ZEIfit Body Conditioning classes focus on functional whole-body exercises and training techniques to strengthen, lengthen and lean. Basic strength and endurance moves, core/abs work, plyometrics, flexibility training, and functional balance moves that work the whole body. A complete total body conditioning workout in just 60 minutes. This format includes the use of light weights and mat work. 

KICK Cardio Kickboxing

KICK (Cardio Kickboxing) – (C, B, MI/HI) – Expert instructor Brenda offers KICK Cardio Kickboxing for a cardio workout that will push you to develop fantastic balance and exceptional cardiovascular health. Her class integrates balance training, dance fitness moves, kickboxing and cardio moves for an incredibly powerful workout. Her high-energy playlist is sure to move you! A student favorite, and our most highly requested class format. 

Showboys Dance Fitness

SHOWBOYS (Dance Fitness) – (D, C, B/I, MI/HI) - Jonathan & Sergio, also known as SHOWBOYS fitness (formerly FitKINGS) teach signature dance fitness with a super high intensity playlist mix of pop, Latin & club hits. A sublime blend of traditional dance fitness moves paired with unique hip-hop and Latin dance inspired choreo that will give incredible results. Showboys offer one of our trendiest dance fitness classes. This class features gorgeous lighting, trendsetting choreo, and maximal entertainment factor. 

VIXEN Workout

Vixen Workout – (D, C, I, MI/HI) (18 years of age & over ONLY) ClubZEI proudly presents the Vixen Workout class. The Vixen Workout creates an incredible club-like atmosphere to help women get in touch with their sexy alter egos. With intense muscle toning movements hidden by clever choreography and loud music, Vixen Workout is an experience like no other.  


ZEI DanceFIT - (D/C/H/I/HI) - Featuring a high energy moves with a continuous playlist to give you an incredible workout that feels like a party! Cynthia encourages participants to let loose, have fun, and fully enjoy their workout without any reservations. ZEI DanceFIT features a fusion playlist of pop, hip hop, & Latin paired with Cynthia's signature core/ab-centric dance moves. Dance fitness moves focus on obliques, abs, core, and lower back to tone the waistline while developing all important core strength.  A wonderfully energizing class! 


Dancer & professional fitness instructor Brandon combines easy-to-follow basic hip-hop and funk choreography for an incredible dance party experience to get you moving and grooving!  Half of his class is a basic follow-along dance format, the 2nd half teaches basic hip hop and jazz funk choreography.  

STRONG by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba - C/S/H/B/ MI/HI) - Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacksare interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. BootyPUMP - (S/H/B/MI). Introducing BootyPUMP with Sergio. You don’t want to miss this expertly taught class by ZEIpro Instructor & fit guru SERGIO as he teaches a highly effective sculpt & tone workout for legs and booty.  Targeted toning moves designed sculpt incredible legs, butt, and core.  This format includes the use of light weights and mat work.  *Modified instruction option may be available.  Please see front desk for more details.
